Abstract: This list is based on a checklist downloaded from GBIF on 2024-12-06 which specified the 4 regions that Somalia recognizes for Somaliland. Somaliland itself recognizes 5 regions. It provides baseline occurrence data about Somaliland's insects, The number of occurrences on which it is based was 533, including some that were identified by their BOLD sequence.
